Abstract

The negative impact of various external and internal factors on the economic development of the state and the profitability of business determine the importance of legal regulation of the sphere of crisis management, including the process of integrating new technologies aimed at preventing or reducing risks. The current stage of development of anti-crisis management as an economic and legal institution is accompanied by the process of digitalization, the consequence of which is the improvement of Russian legislation and the revision of the classical provisions of the Russian legislative system. The formation of the legal basis for the integration of new technologies in the field of crisis management is carried out in the following areas: the introduction of a risk-based approach to the process of state control (supervision) over the activities of business entities and the application of anti-crisis management measures to prevent the bankruptcy of commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the legal foundations of the integration of digital technologies in the Russian Federation in the field of crisis management. Research objectives: assessment of the impact of digitalization on domestic legislation in the field of crisis management; characterization of the current legal framework for the integration of digital technologies in order to prevent and reduce economic risks; identification of areas for improving the provisions of existing regulatory legal acts in this area. The study was conducted on the basis of both general scientific and private scientific methods, which allow to comprehensively determine the prospects for the formation of legal foundations for the integration of new technologies in the field of crisis management, taking into account the global impact of digitalization. The results of the study. The integration of digital technologies into the field of crisis management is impossible without the appropriate development and improvement of the legal framework. Currently, digitalization has a tremendous impact on the Russian legal system and understanding of classical legal institutions. The majority of technologies related to the prevention or reduction of entrepreneurial risks are “machine-based» in nature. The integration of digital technologies into the field of crisis management should be carried out within the legal framework. At the present stage of the development of economic processes, the formation of a legal framework is permissible in certain narrowly thematic areas. In most cases, federal legislation is aimed at consolidating the general principles of integrating digital technologies into the field of crisis management, the implementation of which is detailed in regulatory by-laws and organizational and methodological documents.
