Abstract

The modernization of the social regulation system, caused by vivid political, cultural, and technological changes, determined a new perception of normative institutions in the modern world. Digitalization has ensured the availability of information, including legal information, the acceleration of the event series, and the conditionality of spatial barriers. The law retains the position of the main power regulator, but new realities require the modernization of familiar technical and legal instruments. The intensive development of society, atypical types and forms of activities and relationships require streamlining, and therefore regulatory material is constantly growing in volume, creating difficulties in harmonizing new regulatory regulations with current legislation and problems of legal realization.

One of the trends in the development of modern science is the emergence of new areas of scientific knowledge. This process has an objective character, conditioned by the development of society, socio-economic and cultural needs. The emergence of the concept of “legal writing” demonstrates the enrichment of the language of law through the process of terminologization. The phenomenon of legal technology is a manifestation of the dynamics of the system of legal science, its new, full-fledged element requiring doctrinal understanding.

Diverse factors allow us to conclude that the theoretical and applied science “legal writing” functions in the system of legal science, combining legal technology, legal technologies, all technical and legal reality, the process and the fruits of its understanding. Legal writing is aimed at improving the quality of law and, in general, allows you to show clear systemic connections with a wide range of diverse elements of legal existence. Legal writing is involved in the process of creating values in the field of law that make up the legal culture, accompanies the qualitative functioning of the entire legal reality, mediates all types of legal practice and areas of power and non-power activities depending on them.
