The article presents an overview of the XI All-Russian Annual Meeting of Legal Theorists held at the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation on February 28, 2024, devoted to the concepts of the development of Russian legislation as an achievement of modern academic science and dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The review contains greetings and abstracts from the participants of the plenary session, as well as reflects the main ideas of prominent and young scientists, statesmen of the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan, China, Uzbekistan and other countries.
