Abstract

The Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, together with Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, on May 30—31, 2024, held the XIX International School of Young Legal Scholars on the topic “The Present and Future of BRICS”. Legal Space, which was held on the basis of Kazan Federal University and Innopolis. The greetings and abstracts of the plenary session participants are given, as well as the main ideas of scientists and statesmen of Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan and other countries are reflected. The main ideas of the speakers and participants of the discussion in the framework of thematic sections and round tables “BRICS on the modern legal map of the world: a change in the civilizational paradigm”; “Institutionalization of the BRICS legal space”; “Legislation of the member countries of interstate associations: the ratio of universality and constitutional identity”; “Public administration in the BRICS countries: innovations in regulatory policy”; “Justice and conciliation procedures in the BRICS countries”; “The economic space in the focus of BRICS legal regulation: modern challenges and development vectors”; “Digital technologies, finance and law in the BRICS countries”; “ILCL and KFU Scientific Schools”; “Legal education and anti-corruption education in the BRICS countries”; as well as the content of the headings “Success Story”, “Legends of Legal Science” and the master class “Business negotiations as the main business tool of the future”.
